This project was a tenant improvement build-out of a tutoring school in El Cerrito, California, completed by Vital Building & Enterprises, Inc. in November 2008. The Learning Center includes a waiting room, reception desk and bathroom in the front lobby area.

There is a large main classroom area with capacity for more than 60 students for instruction at one time. There is also two additional, smaller classrooms used for instruction.

The Center contains three additional private offices for  the school's teachers and managers of the School, plus a break room.
