Hi-Tech Car Audio's Azim Dehestani described to Vital Building that he wanted a design that would display his showroom and installation areas in a grand way.

With his Midnight Madness Events, he is the largest single-store dealer in Northern California. He wanted something from us that would represent the kind of volume business he has been generating. So, that is exactly what was designed. The addition put on the rear of the building doubled the usable square footage of the shop and showrooms.

Some have called the newly remodeled showroom-installation areas and wood shop a Vegas-style masterpiece. Phase I was completed November 2011. Phase II followed in the summer with completion of the entire building's overhaul of the building, including the front facade and main showroom.
